The National Quartet Convention

Our first day without travel in the bus.  We used the day to attend everything offered.
Mark Trammel gave the Bible study.  He also has a quartet that bears his name.

The Booth Brothers sang for the group.

The location of our hotel, across the street, made it handy to get to the event.

Afterwards the trolleys were busy moving the crowd away from the venue.  This trolley service is needed and is useful in reducing already dense auto congestion.

How about this place at the entry to your town?

This is probably on some people's bucket list.  However, if you look carefully, there is a wire tether to keep it from heading for Pennsylvania.

The cemetery mentioned is the same as was discussed yesterday.  One can only imagine what someone who heard Bishop Francis Asbury speak would think if he or she saw the neighborhood now.  Mitchel Porter's grave was pictured yesterday.

Certainly a nice entrance to an event center that can seat about 10,500 persons in the main arena.

The second night for us seemed to have the audio volume somewhat more acceptable to us.
